OSLO, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) — A train derailed in Norway on Thursday, resulting in injuries, according to local media reports.
The train, consisting of five carriages and a locomotive, was involved in the incident, police confirmed, as reported by NRK TV.
Bent Are Eilertsen, chief of staff in the Nordland police district, suggested that a rockslide may have been the cause of the derailment, according to NRK. ■
